A List to Help You Prepare for that big Performance

I dress my absolute best. I just need to feel like a glamorous flute player. I do not do basic dresses, especially if I am on the center of the dress. On center of the stage I want to make sure that my hair is done the way that I wanted to but it's still comfortable. I want to make sure that the dress I wear is beautiful, but still comfortable. And overall I just want to make sure that I smell good that I look good that my makeups on point. And I have this very strong belief that if you dress up you will automatically feel better because you look good. The second reason is because everybody's gonna be telling you how good they look on most days wearing leggings and a T shirt. That's just who I am or

I have this belief that if you dress well, you will do well. I'm pretty sure there's some signs to that and we'll find out soon not the main reason is because if you look good, you feel good. It's a time to take care of yourself. It is a form of self care,

in my opinion, at least in my world it is. On most days, I'm not wearing dresses or I'm not all dolled up even though I'm linked to me, but I just don't I have a very busy lifestyle and I'm a painter as well. So you just don't necessarily get dolled up second reason is because you get a lot of compliments a lot of external validation that you need. It's important to people will tell you how good you look how wonderful you like, why aren't you so on and so on. And that's exactly what you need. On audition day. It's nice to walk around and be like whoa, like you're all dressed up. It's just a nice little confidence boost, especially before a addition that's causing you and inseparable amount of anxiety. I just would make sure that whatever you're wearing is also comfortable whenever I have an outfit and make sure that I can play my flute in it, meaning that I can breathe comfortably and that I can extend my arms the way they need to extend. This might not be a concern for many of my street sized folks, but I am not small so this is always a huge concern for me.
